SATH appoints CEOs for subsidiaries, Signal Alliance Consulting and Cloudsa Africa . Kenneth Ufomba will lead SA Consulting, while Busola Komolafe will oversee efforts in CloudSA effective from 1 July 2023.
Strategic Roadmap for Transformation
The CEO appointments are aligned with SATH’s two-year internal transformation program, launched in 2021. This program included transforming market offerings, expanding into Africa, and repositioning Signal Alliance as a holding company. It also created operating businesses across multiple sectors and regions.
Experienced Leaders with Proven Impact
For nearly two decades, Kenneth and Busola grew through the ranks at Signal Alliance. They gained operational, project driven, advisory and executive experience that shaped their leadership capacity.
Furthermore, they temporarily served as operating company leads for two years before these formal appointments.
During their acting roles, they they managed operations for clients across Nigeria, Africa, and the Middle East. Their leadership not only improved delivery but also prepared both subsidiaries for sustainable growth.
