Signal Alliance Technology Holding (SATH) is pleased to announce the appointment of Abayomi Adebanjo and Usman Muhammad Umar as Non-Executive Directors. Usman joins Cloudsa Africa while Abayomi joins the board of Signal Alliance Consulting

Abayomi brings a proven record in human capital development and strategic growth. He will support Signal Alliance Consulting in delivering innovative and impactful technology advisory solutions.
Moreover, his expertise spans corporate governance, business transformation, and people management—skills that will significantly benefit the company. He has held senior roles across both indigenous and multinational firms. At present, he serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at SATH.
Usman Muhammad Umar
Non Executive Director, CloudSA Africa.
Usman Muhammad Umar joins the board of Cloudsa Africa with over 30 years of experience across energy, telecommunications, ICT, and finance. He currently serves as Executive Director, Corporate Services at Mainstream Energy Solutions.
In addition, his strong background in strategic management, organizational development, and change leadership will help guide Cloudsa Africa’s growth in cloud technology and digital infrastructure.
