In a strategic move to strengthen its leadership structure, Signal Alliance Technology Holding (SATH) is pleased to announce new board appointments of Abayomi Adebanjo and Usman Muhammad Umar as Non-Executive Directors to two of its subsidiaries, Signal Alliance Consulting and Cloudsa Africa, respectively.

Abayomi Adebanjo
Non-Executive Director, Signal Alliance Consulting
With proven leadership in human capital development, Abayomi Adebanjo joins the board of Signal Alliance Consulting. His expertise includes corporate governance, business transformation, people management, and strategic growth. These skills will support the company’s mission to deliver innovative and impactful technology advisory solutions.
Moreover, Abayomi has held senior roles across indigenous and multinational organizations. Additionally, he currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at SATH.

Usman Muhammad Umar
Non Executive Director, CloudSA Africa.
Usman Muhammad Umar joins the board of Cloudsa Africa. He brings over 30 years of leadership experience across the energy, telecommunications, ICT, and financial services sectors. Currently, Usman serves as Executive Director, Corporate Services at Mainstream Energy Solutions.
His expertise in strategic management, change leadership, and organizational development will provide valuable oversight. This will be crucial as Cloudsa Africa expands its footprint in cloud technology and digital infrastructure.
